Avéli is a minimally invasive, single treatment that is FDA cleared to reduce the appearance of cellulite. It works by manually cutting the connective tissue bands that pull on the skin, creating the dreaded dimples characteristic of cellulite.

What can I expect during Avéli® Cellulite Treatment?
Cellulite is caused by bands of connective tissue beneath the skin’s surface putting tension on the skin. The only lasting way to effectively remove cellulite is to release the tension from these tissue bands. Avéli works by cutting these bands in a precise, targeted way that allows us to create a smoother skin tone without over-treatment and with fewer side-effects.
Before starting treatment, we will administer local anesthetic in the area to be treated. The Avéli device is inserted through several small incisions and carefully guided beneath the skin to locate and sever the connective tissue bands creating cellulite dimples.
Total treatment time varies but on average, Avéli treatments are completed in about an hour.
