There’s something about coming home that makes you realize what really matters.
Over the past couple of weeks, our family shared memories across Paris, St. Tropez, Cannes, Barcelona, and Madrid—three generations together, countless laughs, nonstop chaos, and the kind of moments that remind you just how lucky you are.
Watching my parents with my kids, seeing my mother-in-law soaking in every adventure, and then continuing on with my oldest daughter through Barcelona and Madrid filled my heart in ways I can’t fully put into words. The crazy stories, the constant jokes, the sibling antics, my parents’ hilarious commentary, and the endless laughter are the memories that will stay with me forever.
As I’ve gotten older, I’ve realized that whatever success I’ve had professionally has its roots in the people who raised me, believed in me, sacrificed for me, and continue to love me unconditionally. I owe so much to my parents and my family for shaping the man I am today.
And to my wife and our girls—you are my greatest accomplishment, my greatest joy, and my greatest motivation. Every long day, every risk, every dream has always been about building a life worthy of all of you.
As incredible as Europe was, there is also something deeply special about landing back home. I’m endlessly grateful to live in this amazing country and to wake up every day doing work that I genuinely love, serving patients and building something meaningful alongside extraordinary people.
My heart is incredibly full. I’m already missing the laughter, the late-night dinners, and the beautiful family chaos... but I’m equally grateful to be home.
Until the next big Fam Bam adventure. ❤️✈️🌍

The best candidates for aesthetic surgery are often those who already feel good about themselves but feel their appearance no longer reflects how they feel on the inside.
Whether it’s a patient after massive weight loss dealing with excess skin or an active, healthy individual whose face appears older than they feel, surgery can help bring those two things back into alignment. The goal is not to become someone different. It’s to help the outside better match the energy, confidence, and vitality already present within.
When done thoughtfully, aesthetic surgery is about harmony between how you feel and what you see in the mirror.

Long-term implant stability starts with understanding that breasts are dynamic structures. The goal is not to create a fixed, rigid result, but one that moves naturally with the body.
Avoiding implants that are too large, reinforcing the pocket when appropriate, and using soft tissue support can all help improve long-term stability. In patients with breast sagging, combining an implant with a lift may also be necessary to achieve the best result.
Thoughtful planning from the beginning helps create results that look natural and hold up well over time.

Not all tummy tucks are the same. The right procedure depends on the amount and location of excess tissue, as well as the patient’s goals.
A standard abdominoplasty addresses the front of the abdomen, while an extended tummy tuck can treat excess tissue along the sides. For patients seeking more comprehensive contouring, a circumferential tummy tuck, or 360 body lift, extends around the body and can even help lift the thighs and buttocks.
Longer scars can seem intimidating, but they often provide the most powerful contour changes. The key is balancing scar length with the result a patient hopes to achieve.

An Interview With Dr. Bharti
I grew up in Queens and Long Island, New York, then moved to East Tennessee, a city called Johnson City. I love both New York and East Tennessee. These two very different places helped shape me into a well-rounded person.
I attended Quillen College of Medicine at East Tennessee State University. Afterward, I went on to the prestigious Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center Department of Plastic Surgery residency program. This unique, integrated residency program allowed me to train under world-renowned plastic surgeons. The extensive hands-on experience I gained during this program equipped me with the skills necessary to become a highly proficient plastic and reconstructive surgeon.
I am passionate about the entire field of plastic surgery and enjoy operating on all areas of the body for patients of all ages. From facelifts and rhinoplasties to liposuction, abdominoplasties, and circumferential body lifts, I find joy in helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals. Even procedures considered more routine, like breast enhancements and lifts, bring me satisfaction because they contribute to patient happiness. Ultimately, my greatest satisfaction comes from seeing my patients happy.
Our practice philosophy is one of constant improvement. We strive to find the best possible solutions to achieve our patients’ goals. We believe in pushing the boundaries and never settling for the status quo. Additionally, we prioritize addressing patient concerns promptly to ensure a speedy return to their normal lives.
Coming from a family of doctors, I always wanted to be a physician. Inspired by my parents, both medical professionals, I craved a career that allowed me to combine my desire to help people with my hands-on skills and artistic sensibilities. Plastic surgery perfectly fits this desire. It allows me to use my creativity and artistry to improve people’s lives and help them feel confident in their appearance.
I love interacting with my patients and my team. The ability to operate and then see patients thrive in the clinic is incredibly rewarding. Problem-solving and making people happy are core motivators for me. This field constantly pushes me to find ways to improve patient outcomes and minimize recovery time.
Persistence and unwavering focus on my goal were key. My father instilled in me the belief that anything is achievable with hard work and dedication. I treat all my patients like family, prioritizing their needs above my own ego. Additionally, I value taking care of my team and collaborating effectively with other healthcare providers.
In my free time, I cherish spending time with my amazing wife and our four wonderful daughters. I also enjoy staying active through workouts and long walks. Social interaction with friends is important to me. And let’s not forget my deep love for music! In another life, I might have been the world’s most famous electro house DJ!
The vast scope of plastic surgery, encompassing procedures from head to toe, initially drew me to the field. However, it was the ability to help people achieve their aesthetic goals and witness the resulting happiness that truly solidified my passion for aesthetic surgery. It’s a simple yet profoundly fulfilling aspect of my work that motivates me every day.
When I pursued plastic surgery, getting into an integrated residency program from my medical school was unheard of. Many discouraged me, even suggesting my then-fiancé shouldn’t “couples match” with me because it was unrealistic. Honestly, that negativity only fueled my determination. My father’s belief in the American dream – that with hard work, anything is possible – resonated deeply. There were certainly other setbacks along the way, but I learned that sometimes, taking a step back allows for a bigger leap forward. Even patient complications, while rare, serve as learning opportunities. My approach is to address them swiftly and comprehensively, which often leads to stronger patient relationships and referrals.
Motivated, honest, compassionate.
I’m fortunate to have a vast network of mentors who have significantly impacted me throughout my career. These mentors include plastic surgeons, business professionals, real estate experts, and even experienced life coaches. Additionally, I consider my loved ones mentors as well. Ultimately, I believe we can all learn from each other.
