What to Expect?
Before starting treatment, our experts will administer local anesthetic in the treatment area. The Avéli® device will be inserted through several small incisions and carefully guided beneath the skin to locate and sever the connective tissue bands responsible for creating cellulite dimples.
While total treatment time varies based on the number of treatment areas, Avéli® treatments typically take about an hour.
Recovery Time
Healing after Avéli cellulite treatment typically involves a short recovery period, with most patients returning to normal activities within a few days. In the first several days, you may experience bruising, swelling, and tenderness in the treated areas as the targeted cellulite bands are released. These effects are expected and gradually improve as the skin smooths and heals.
As recovery progresses, it’s important to allow the area to heal naturally while following any guidance provided by your surgeon. Results continue to improve over the following weeks as swelling subsides. Your provider will give you detailed aftercare instructions to support proper healing and optimal results.
