This client previously had a Mastopexy done by another surgeon and was unhappy with the loss of upper pole fullness in her breasts. We opted for a Subfascial Breast Augmentation to give her as much upper pole fullness as possible with silicone moderate profile 350cc implant in her right breast and 300cc implant in her left breast.
