This client had a Breast Reduction 24 years prior and wanted an additional reduction with implants to maintain shape. We performed a Breast Reduction and a Submuscular Bilateral Breast Augmentation with mesh placement with silicone 415cc implants. Client is 6 months post-op in after photos.
