This client came to us regarding concerns involving her abdomen and breasts after having children. We performed a Full Abdominoplasty with Muscle Plication and Liposcution with Vaser to her circumferential trunk, saddlebags, axillae, and inner thighs. She was not interested in implants so we did a Full Mastopexy and Fat Grafting from her hip rolls, saddlebags, and abdomen donor sites to give her the fullness she desired.
