This very fit 40 year old client and new mommy needed to restore her core strength after baby. We performed a Full Abdominoplasty with muscle plication and repaired her umbilical hernia. A moderately sized submuscular breast implant was placed to restore her loss of volume and achieve her ideal breast size.
