Growing up in North Carolina and spending the next ten years learning and practicing Plastic Surgery in Texas, Dr. Gronet is excited to return home to work with the HKB Team in Greensboro.
Dr. Gronet attended college and medical school in North Carolina at UNC-Chapel Hill and the Brody school of Medicine at ECU. He was the first-ever graduate into an Integrated Plastic Surgery training program from Brody. This brought him to Texas where he trained at Baylor Scott and White Hospital with experts and legacy-educators.
After ten years in Texas, it was time for Dr. Gronet to return home to North Carolina. Before departure he served as Assistant Adjunct Professor at the UT Heath Science Center and with the UIW School of Medicine.
Dr. Gronet offers comprehensive Plastic Surgery services from head to toe; browlift to lower extremity contouring. He has a focus on facial rejuvenation with both surgical and non-surgical approaches. These include rhinoplasty, facelift, necklift, eyelid & brow lift, and buccal fat removal. These are frequently combined with skin resurfacing, neurotoxin, and filler treatment.
Comprehensive body contouring is offered as well. This includes breast augmentation, reduction, lift, and revisionary surgery. He also offers full-spectrum body contouring with circumferential 360 liposuction (lipo 360), fat grafting, and body contouring of the abdomen, arms and legs.
